Early access members will get a simple job board for check-measure, quote and install -- enquiry to installed -- that automatically texts the customer the moment their job moves stage, plus a reminder the day before any appointment, so nobody finds out about a reschedule by showing up to nothing.
- Add a job when the enquiry comes in -- customer details, job type, nothing to set up.
- Move the job across stages (measured, quoted, in production, ready to install, installed) as it progresses -- each move fires an automatic text to the customer.
- The day before any check-measure or install, the customer gets an automatic reminder, so the shop stops being the one explaining a no-show or a last-minute cancellation.
